LEE KITCHEN, Chinese Fine Dining restaurant (1989)
LEE KITCHEN, a fine dining Cantonese Chinese Restaurant, is established in 1989 by Mr. Chaithep Pattarapornpaisarn, known as Mr.LEE. He had an extensive background in F&B management from Dusit Thani Hotel - one of Bangkok’s five star hotel- and a delicacy management with strong inherited culinary skills. Therefore, LEE KITCHEN, first branch on Chan Road, has become a destination for famous businessmen, the cabinets, and Bangkok’s aristocrats in short period.
With a great success on on Chan Road, LEE KITCHEN on Silom Road had been launched to serve Japanese market and formal business dinners. Here at Thaniya Plaza, it had its highest honor to host H.M. Queen Sirikit and Crown Prince Vajiralongkorn in 1992.
Then in 1999 he opened another restaurant in his place "Tony Lynn" where he introduced new mix between Chinese and Western style, which later has been incorporated very much to its cooking fashion.
